Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver

Crystal Dynamics' 1999 third-person action-adventure published by Eidos Interactive. Players control Raziel, a wraith resurrected by the Elder God to stalk the vampire lord Kain across the decaying world of Nosgoth. Signature mechanics include shifting between the material and spectral realms to solve puzzles, a hack-and-slash combat system with specific vampire kill methods, and stream-loading technology that removed loading screens. Originally released on PlayStation and PC, later ported to Dreamcast. Single-player only.
