Wargame: Red Dragon

Eugen Systems' Cold War real-time strategy game set across Asia and the Pacific (1975–1991), published by Focus Home Interactive in 2014. The third Wargame title features over 1,200 units across 17 nations and naval warfare, with large-scale multiplayer battles of up to 20 players. PC-only (Windows / Steam). Progression is army-deck building — there is no competitive ranked ladder.
