Definition

Discord LFG refers to the practice of posting Looking For Group requests in dedicated channels of a Discord server. Most large game servers have rank-segmented LFG channels (Iron LFG, Diamond+ LFG). Discord LFG dominates real-time team finding because the platform combines text posts, voice channels, and persistent profiles. Compare to in-app LFG (Jynx, Riftq) and forum LFG (Reddit).
