Diamond (rank)

Definition

Diamond is the third-from-top tier in most ranked systems. Diamond represents serious ranked commitment — roughly the top 1-3% of players reach Diamond in League of Legends, Valorant, or Overwatch. Diamond is where decay typically activates and where pro-aspiring players test themselves. Above Diamond: Master, Grandmaster, Challenger / Predator / Top 500.

Example

"Diamond peak — I'm proud of that climb." The player reached the third-highest tier.
