Definition

A static is a fixed group of players who run weekly content together — typically MMO raids or dungeons. Statics are scheduled, named, and persist across weeks or seasons. Final Fantasy XIV static culture is especially codified, with formal ratchet systems (alliance, FC, static, party) for different group sizes.

Example

"My FFXIV static cleared Endwalker on week three." The fixed weekly group cleared the latest raid tier on schedule.
